I m running CME 4.2...problem which i m facing is that, when somebody calls me from outside the call does not transfers to my cell fone..it gives busy tone...plz note that we are using E1 line...plz find below my specific config for call transfer...

Please note that extension number is 9898 and the cell number on which i need the outside call to be transfered is 0507649312. Locally it works fine...like for example if no body picks the call on extension 9898 it get transferd to my cell fone...but when an outside call comes to extension 9898 and if no body answers the extension, it gives busy tone...
Please advice me if i m doing any mistake...or i need some additional configuration...
