On CME sites, call transfers are getting dropped from site B to site A but calls from site A to site B are not. People make a voip call across the network. Reach the person. Wnen the caller gets transferred by that person they hear a second or two of MOH then the call just drops. Call forwarding works however. And calls from the PSTN transfer fine. There are 30 CME sites and some sites drop the call transfers and other sites the calls go through. The IOS is ver 12.3.11T8 and the CME ver is 3.2. The basic configs are all the same on the CMEs.
What debugs can I use to troubelshoot this?
This problem occured with calls from a CCM site to CME sites, but I Checked the MTP Required box on the gateway configuration page and now the calls from a CCM site to a CME site will transfer. Thanks for any ideas.
