We have a UC500 customer with a 7962 phone. They have multiple buttons on their phone for incoming calls - their extension button on their phone as well as several other buttons dedicated for other groups - eg Sales group is on one button, and Support is on another button etc.
The question is if they can have call-waiting through the handset or else have the phone ring when they are on a call on one button and another call rings to their phone on another button. I know there is a way to do it when you have multiple calls ring in on one button. Right now the button just flashes and if they aren't looking at the phone, they don't know they are receiving another call.
