CallAttendant phone calls

We have two call Attendant setup in our CCM 3.3(4)es31.1 **I know it's an old version but we are doing a POC with the new CUCM7.0** What is happening: when the office gets a phone call, only one of the two will get the phone calls constantly. Occasionally, the second receptionist will get the phone call. Is there any way to load balance the calls coming through? I tried to find documents but without success.

Do you have a Line group configured for the receptionists? If so, select "Circular" for the "Distribution Algorithm" field in the Line Group configuration page. You need to reset the appropiate Hunt List.

the problem was the pilot points. the "Route Calls" option was set to "First Available Hunt Group Member" instead of "Longest Idle Hunt Group Member"...thanks for your help,
