Callback option

hi friends,

hiw the callback option configure in the ccme.

i got one pdf ,but in that method i cannot find callback option in my ios command

my version is Version 12.4(15)T.

send how to configure also.

Callback feature can be configured using soft key (similar to CUCM). It is part of the soft keys available during the "Alerting" state. Apply an ephone template with this softkey added.

The caller uses the callback soft key on an extension that doesn't answer/busy. When the target DN is free it notifies the caller that the extension they initiated a call back on is now available.
