Hi all - another quick question about controlling the outbound caller ID presented to Callcentric SIP Trunks via the Remote-Party-ID field. I spoke with Callcentric Support and will adjust your outgoing caller ID to a DID on your account if you specify it in the Remote-Party-ID field in the format below (this is with one of my test DIDs).
I did a trace and here's what I see when I send a call to Callcentric - this is the default action by CUCM/Cube. The 'Name' portion shows the external number mask associated with the DN calling out. The URI however is the username with Callcentric and as such they dont adjust the caller ID - I get the default caller ID associated with 17772253754.
