Called number name display on CCM

Hello,

On a CCM on which resides 3 companies, a central operator (using Attendant Console)answers the calls from the Three companies.

Is there a way in CCM, as in CCME, to define a kind of alias to display on the AC screen or on the IP phone, the name of the company which was called, so that the operator can introduce himself with the right company name ?

but nothing for CCM.

I have found a workaroud with call forward, but it is not a very sexy solution for an High tech IP PBX ;-)

How did you get this to work with call forwarding as i only get the number and not the name as we have same issue here as you.

do you get the name display?

Did you do via CTI RP?

I get the name display on phone but not on AC and need to get on AC.

Do you have the name showing on AC and if so what ver of CCM are you at?
