Is there a way to configure CallManager 4.0 to show the caller that the person they are calling is on the line?

You may think in upgrading to CCM 5.X for BLF.

Or in CCM 4.X use of Attendant Console application to track line status. (Operator use)

We are not looking for Busy Line Forward. We just want to know if the person we are calling is on the other line by displaying a message on our phone saying that they are on the other line.
