Called time starts before call answering

In callmanager and fxo using H.323,  before the call is answering the time is starting...so in cdr and in billing software it is showing soem seconds of calling eventhough the call is not answered

ANYONE FACED THS....

It's normal since you're using FXO, there is no way to know when the call is answered.

If you want to know, use ISDN.
