Caller/Calling Name not displaying

Hi,

I have configured CUCM 6.0.1 with the desired DN numbers. I also have IP Phones 7960 and 7912 on SCCP. Calls are going both ways on all the DNs. I can see the 4 digit Calling/Caller IDs but Caller/Calling Name's are not appearing on IP Phone screen.

Can anyone help what's missing here and how to fix it.

on the DN setting pag there is label and name play with these options it is very simple
