hi

2851 ccme router and pri line.

when i call outside my extension numbers are missing and pri main number is seen as callerID

debug isdn q931 oputput show correct numbers.

Plan:ISDN, Type:Unknown

Called Party Number i = 0x81, '05332176396'

Plan:ISDN, Type:Unknown

i mean pri number is 3335700 and did numbers are 57xx. But when i check my cell phone it look 3335700 instead of 3335722

the only thing that i did is to add prefix '5' for incoming calls by using

voice translation-rule 1

rule 1 // /5/

because the customer wanted to use 57xx extensions. and DID calls working without problem

debug isdnb q931 for incoming calls

Re: caller id for extension numbers problem

Hi,

You have to ask your telco how do they want the number to be in order recognize DID, e.g. how many digits, which plan/type. See for example they use 'subscriber' for incoming while you have the default of 'unknown'

Also double check with customer if it is that they really want because often they don't want the extensions to show when calling outside, at least, not for all extensions.
