If external user dial company main line number, calls go to Unity Directory handler, once it search using name
the caller id does not appear correct if end point is on lync.
The Unity is integrated with Call Manager by CTI ports, so when a call is received from Unity-> Cisco phone the call shows the correct caller ID because receive the call directly from the unity.
But in the case of Lync user, the call have to be transfer from CTI port to a trunk, so the caller ID is changed by the port extension instead the caller ID.
We require correct caller ID to be shown on Lync if call comes from Unity, let me know available solution.
