caller ID issues

hello everyone,

i have CME with 4 analog lines. i have caller id enabled from the provider but not able to get it on the IPphones.

iam usin the followin version of IOS:

(C2801-ADVENTERPRISEK9-M), Version 12.4(15)T1

iam also adding config of one of the voice ports:

voice-port 0/0/1

supervisory disconnect dualtone mid-call

ring number 3

input gain 14

timeouts call-disconnect 5

timeouts wait-release 5

timing hookflash-out 50

connection plar opx 500

caller-id enable

!

any suggestions????????????
