I have configured a third party external directory service (speedy from stonevoice)on a 4.0 ccme (12.4.11T3), and i want to display the caller id name from the external PSTN associated to the external directory, Is there any way to configure it or CCME only support caller-id name from the local directory?.
Sorry, I don't think it's possible, only a custom TCL script would be able to do that.
