We are having problems with DN that use translations patterns, on the calling phone, the called Name does not show

Situation 1 -
For calls between sites the users must use 7 digit pattern
- Phone A calls Phone C - 3843525
- Phone C calls Phone A - 3812197
Situation 2 -
In the customer dial-plan, users on the same site can call eachother using 4 digits number
- Phone A calls Phone B - 4389
- Phone B calls Phone A - 2197
All the calls are completed fine, but on situation 2, to allow the users dial just 4 digits to another DN on the same Site(same Device pool), we create a Translation Patten with this configurations:
Pattern: [24]XXX
Partition: PT_SITE1_DN
CSS:CSS_SITE1
Prefix Digits: 381
When we dial from phone A to 4329(Phone B), We don't see on phone A the name of Phone B "User 2", even after phone B rings and anwser the call, on phone A just show the dialed number 4389
But If we dial 3814389, on phone A we see the Name "User 2" after dialing the number.
How can we resolve this issue? We tryed to set the fieds on Connected Party Transformations to allowed, but even this way it still not working.
