Have a customer that is complaining that caller id is not always following the call. Calls come in to a front desk hunt group and then transfered out to other people. They say that when the caller id does not transfer, what they get is the numbers from the hunt group.
System is CME 4.2
I will be onsite to look at it on Monday. Any thoughts as to what to look at would be helpful.
