Caller ID on VG202 line

Hello,

I was hoping someone can point me in the right direction here.

Basically I have a VG202 with a standard analog phone attached.

This phone has always been in place (even before when we had a standard analog line)

When calls were missed or a call was coming in, you could always see the call coming through or view it in the phones history.

Does anyone have any idea why this would not be working through the VG202 port as it used to work with the original phone line?

I havw checked settings in CUCM and can not see anything there (Maybe I am missing something?)

1) Upgrade the VG to the latest version

2) Use H.323 btw VG and CUCM

Hello,

Ended up being a very simple solution.

I just added caller-id enable to the voiceport and and it now pushes the Caller ID through to the old analogue phone.
