Caller-ID problem on CME

Hi experts,

I am having weired problem at one of my remote office with CME. The caller-id is working properly for outgoing for every user except one user. When the user try to call outside. it shows 1 plus his internal extension number. The voice translation rule and profile is in place but that doesn't work  when this user makes the outbound call. I also tried translation profile config on the user ephone-dn  but no luck. Anybody has any idea on this problem?

Please provide configuraion and "debug voice translation" for a test call.

Assuming that your configuration is correct, I would say that that it might be a caching issue on the router. A reload of the router (or a cold boot i.e., power off/on) should clear out any corrupted cached values. Dont forget to save your configuration before reload.

If the issue persists after the reload, we will need to look at the "debug voip ccapi inout" and the "debug voice translation" for the call.
