Caller ID Shows as Anonymous or Private. LinkSys 303 and ATA's

Hi
I have a LinkSys 303 IP Phone connected to a 3rd party SIP PBX.

Everything works fine except all incoming calls to the 303 show as Anonymous as the caller display.

I also have the same issue if I use a PAPT2 or SPA8000 with analogue devices show the caller display as PRIVATE for calls direct to them.

Calls to other SIP devices on this PBX work and display correctly.. it just seems to be LinkSys devices.

Can anyone advise what format the Caller Display Name should be in and which SIP headers are used.

Thanks

I've removed the duplicate post that was submitted by mistake.

Any advise on how to solve this would be appriciated.

Thanks

Has anyone any suggestions on this issue ?

Many Thanks

Can you get a packet capture for one of these calls so we can take a look at the SIP messaging?  Might have privacy turned on for the Remote Party ID header.

Thanks for taking the time to reply.

This is the INVITE from the PBX.

192.168.0.1 is the PBX
192.168.0.8 is the SIP Phone
7000 called to 6500

I would have expected 7000 or Charlie Brown to have shown on the display, instead I got PRIVATE.

Thanks

Hi

has anyone any ideas on this ? Are the headers being sent correct ? or should they be inlcuding something specifically needed by this phone ?
