Caller ID transformation problem

Hi guys,

Help me figure this out caller ID issue:

There is a I CUCM 8.6(2) with a 2911 MGCP gateway. I have an E1 card inserted into the GW and from my PSTN provider I receive 6 digitis (707000 - 707149). With a transformation pattern applyed I make 7000 -> 100 and 7100 - 7149-> 200 - 249. Inbound calls are working fine but outside calls are presented with 707000 caller ID unless I apply a Calling Party Transformation Mask in Route List Detail (7070XX).

Simple example : interior number 207 with external number 707107 can receive calls, and when he makes a call he send 207 to the gateway instead of 707107 or 107 and it is presented as 707000

: interior number 107 with external number 707007 can receive calls, and with the calling party transformation mask applied is transformed into 707007 or 007.

Where and how should I apply the transformation?

Thanks in advance,

Take a look at External Phone Number mask field on the DN configuration page, set it to what you want there, and then on the route patterns or Route Lists check "use external phone number" box.
