Caller-ID Weird issue

Has anyone ever seen something like this?  I have 3 pots lines terminating into an FXO on a 2911.  I just had ATT turn on Caller-id.  It works however,  there is a strange issue occuring on line one.

  1. Incoming calls on line one show up dupicated almost like two calls coming in at the same time.  The caller ID is duplicated.  See pic below. 
  2. On line two, I get no caller Id at all,
  3. On line 3 everything works fine.

Is this a configuration issue on the carrier side or on my router?

Can you send the output of "debug vpm signal" and a sh run of your config.
