I have numbers in my personal address book. I am wanting for the Cisco Phone to display the caller id name from my address book. For example, I have my home number listed in my persinal address book. When I get a call from Home, I not only want it to display the number (which it does) but I also want the name I associated with it. I am wanting to see this on my 7945 phone. Does anyone know if this is a feature that Cisco can do?

We do not offer that capability, Paolo has a script for that. If you're interested you can try his page.

Hello... please have a look at www.2Ring.com/IPPS, which is a modular package of various services (such as caller identification) for Cisco IP phones..
