We have an off-site clinic connected to our main locatoin via T1. Outbound calls go out a PRI at our main location. We have been getting reports that outbound calls have an incorrect caller id. The caller ID showing up as being from our main location's number.
I have setup route patterns for our remote location and set the Calling Party Transform Mask to have the correct caller ID. Am I missing something else.
