Hi,
I have following scenario:
IP Phone --->CUCM-->VG(3900 router)------E1-->Analog PBX---->Analog Phone
When call is sent from either directions, only caller number is displayed. Caller name is not displayed across the trunk. Blow is the snippet of the configuration. Please advise if something could be done to enable the caller name bidirectional.

What is the CUCM version ?
Which is the Analog PBX ( Vendor name & model pls )
Is that a QSIG connection being used between them ?

Thanks, however exact PBX model would have helped. You can find CUCM & third-party PBX integration documentation here on " Cisco Interoperability Portal " . See if your PBX integrtion is documented there. I see lot of Ericsson PBX integrations with CUCM there. Those documents has the complete integration procedure, including procedure to meet your requirement.
