CallerID is not displayed on Transferred Telephone

I have 2851 with FXO trunks (CME4.1) IOS 12.4(11)XW2

Outside calls to fxo is transferred to operator telephone automatically.

CallerID is displayed on operators telephone.

Operator transfers the call to any IP telephone which displays Operator#

instead CallerID.

Is this bug? or by design?

Enter the line settings, please select "Caller Number" at the Forward Display settings for the device.

I have CCME 4.1

where do I enter line settings?

On the Router?

or Telephone?
