CallForwardAll on Line 6 using CCMUser

After the customer uses CCMUser to CallForwardAll on Line6, should the 7961 show a animated CallForwardAll icon flashing with a arrow? I want to say in the past it did show a animated icon. I?ll have them check the Calling Search Space. I?m not clear if when they dial this line it call forwards or not. They just indicated the animated icon isn?t working -jason

Hi Jason,

I thought that this was a very good question that I had never thought of so I just tried this out. On two different phones a 7941 and 7961 I did a CFWDALL from ccmuser on secondary lines on the phones. The Icon does not come on in these scenarios. The Icon only works with the Primary Line 1.

AFAIK only the primary line shows the CFwdALL icon. I will have to test this though. What CCM version are you running?
