Calling CUE via SIP Trunk

Dear NetPro gurus,

My customer has a new CME (with CUE) and they tried to call the CUE x82299 via SIP Trunk from CUCM's phones.  However, they keep on getting fast busy.

The debug as attached.

All calls to the phones registered with CME has no problems via SIP Trunk at all, and can access the CUE Admin page (10.69.254.25) without any problems at all from CUCM site.

Calling CUE via SIP Trunk

Can you try the following to call the CUE directly..

dial-peer voice 4 voip

session protocol sipv2

incoming called-number 82299

codec g711u

no vad

dtmf-relay sip-notify

++you also need to add dtmf-relay to your dial-peer for CUE++++

dial-peer voice 3 voip

description Unity Express

destination-pattern 82299

b2bua

session protocol sipv2

session target ipv4:10.69.254.25

codec g711ulaw

no vad

dtmf-relay sip-notify
