Calling name doesn't appear between CUCM and PBX

I am connecting CUCM 6.1 to Teltronics PBX 2020 via Cisco 2800 gateway with E1 ETSI PRI

I configure the 2821 gateway as Primary-Net5 ISDN Switch type

Calls between PBX and CUCM are ok but calling name doesn't appear

When the digital phone call ip phone, I tried to debug isdn q931 and i can see the calling name in the debug

Locking Shift to Codeset 7

Codeset 7 IE 0x28 i = 0x01, 'I.GHALAYIN', 0x00000000000000000000

Anyone can help me ?

The only codeset the CUCM understand is "0". Have the PBX team to set the codeset to "0". This feature is configured in the PBX Trunk-Group configuration page. Also, if the PBX supports Supplementary Services, set the Supplementary Service Protocol to "a"

PBX Engineer told me they don't have paramter called "CodeSet " !!!
