Hello,
Client has Nortel and Cisco phones, the two systems are connected by 2911 GW using QSIG. Calling name is not being displayed. I have confirmed that calling name is allowed on the route pattern. We thought we might be hitting a bug, CSCsr03923, but we are not. This was never working.
Q931 output, Calling number 1724, called number 2000

i'm not an expert..however I happen to be troubleshooting an outgoing caller ID issue at my office so comparing that log to mine. I have a Display entry that I don't see on yours?
Display i = 0xB1, 'CALLING NAME INSERTED HERE'

Do you have Display IE checked on the GW configuration in CUCM?

Hey Chris,
Do you notice anything different between your config and mine?
Thanks,

That option is greyed out. Not sure why.
