calling number doesnt appear over AS5300 GW

Hello all,

i have AS5300, i connect it with PSTN through E1's, and i use the 1st timeslot for SS7 signaling and i use PGW 2200.

the PSTN user dial 0800 number and the call is forwarded to the IVR, everything is running smooth, and i can make calls, but for this call "0800" call, i cant see the calling number coming??

i made a debug for the ISDN, but the calling number line doesnt appear at all :S

what does this bug means? is it related to calling number?

im using 12.4(10) does if downgraded/upgraded the IOS it will solve the problem? which version is most suitable
