Calling number not displayed from PSTN

I have CCME that is connected via 2E1 to PSTN .when i make an incoming call from PSTN, the calling number is prompted in the "debug isdn q931", but unfortunately it's not displayed at the IP phone, and the Unknown message is displayed.

Please help me to resolve the problem.

thanks.

Re: Calling number not displayed from PSTN

In your CM check for the DN configuration to allow the number pass through. Also check your IP phone settings.

thanks for reply

but me i don't have any CM, i have just CCME.

Re: Calling number not displayed from PSTN

The fact that the calling party number is in the incoming setup message suggests that CLIP is being passed by the Telco.

Initially check any translations that you have configured or applied to your inbound POTS DID dial-peer that change calling party, especially if you prefix the trunk access code and 0 for instance.

Verify the voice translation-rule with 'test voice translation-rule x 01234987654' for example.

Can you post the configuration and the output of the 'debug isdn q931'.

Regards

Allan.
