Hi,
I have trouble at my customer's premacies in Germany. Customer has CUCM with 2911+BRI.
If they call local, national or cellphone inside Germany everything seems to work. I am sending calling number as ISDN/National and presentation is OK (+49 911 52099228->28 being extension). If I call International number, to some numbers presentation is OK, but to some numbers it is not -calling number is being overridden with the ISDN main number (+49 911 5209920-note that number of digits is different).
So, I think it is telecom's issue (Deutsche Telekom), but the customer is not convinced because when they call International Swiss number through the old PBX and same NT the presentation is correct. When they try same Swiss number through Cisco, presentation is faulty.
Both old PBX and CUCM send their calling side as ISDN/National
When I try to call my Deskphone in Croatia I am getting faulty presentation, and on my cellphone it is fine.
Same route pattern is used (0.!), same interface, numbers look the same on ISDN:
Bearer Capability i = 0x8090A3
Standard = CCITT
Transfer Capability = Speech
Transfer Mode = Circuit
Transfer Rate = 64 kbit/s
Channel ID i = 0x81
Preferred, B1
Calling Party Number i = 0x2181, '91152099228'
Plan:ISDN, Type:National
Called Party Number i = 0x80, '0038512352211'
Plan:Unknown, Type:Unknown
Sending Complete
Feb 26 15:27:52.087: ISDN BR0/0/0 Q931: RX <- CALL_PROC pd = 8 callref = 0xD8
Channel ID i = 0x89
Exclusive, B1
No idea what to do, is this known behaviour for Germany?

if you are sending the correct calling number to provider from the gateway but still on the destination if the number presentation is not correct, then you should talk to your provider. Also crosscheck with them whether they number format, plan & type are correctly sent out.

Hi, sorry for getting back so late, I suppose you 've figured it by now... Anyway there is the config, nothing special there (I think some parts can be left out as well). My problem was indeed with the provider overriding the digits, and once i managed to convince customer to call them, we canceled the service and averything was alright.

This is normal behaviour in german PSTN if you do have "clip-no-screening" activated for the isdn lines.
In this case germen isdn sends 2 calling party numbers. One is screened (ISDN main number) and one is unscreened. When calling international some carrier are using the screened number.
The incoming isdn setup for this calls looks like this:
Jun 2 13:40:03.188 MESZ: ISDN Se0/0/0:15 Q931: RX <- SETUP pd = 8 callref = 0x0285
Bearer Capability i = 0x8090A3
Standard = CCITT
Transfer Capability = Speech
Transfer Mode = Circuit
Transfer Rate = 64 kbit/s
Channel ID i = 0xA98398
Exclusive, Channel 24
Calling Party Number i = 0x2180, '12345682'
Plan:ISDN, Type:National
Calling Party Number i = 0x2183, '1234560'
Plan:ISDN, Type:National
Called Party Number i = 0xC1, '98984522'
Plan:ISDN, Type:Subscriber(local)
High Layer Compat i = 0x9181
