Calling Party number lookup in Outlook address book
I'm looking for an app that will dip into a outlook address book when a incoming call is received. The information used for the lookup would need to be the inbound "calling party" number. I could see this working with UCCX, however the idea is to roll this out to everyone in the enterprise. Not sure is UCCX would be practical.
Does anyone know of a TAPI or other app that will do this? It could run on the PC, the phone would be preferred.
Re: Calling Party number lookup in Outlook address book
I would like to know the exact call flow. The Cisco TSP and CTIManager combination is designed to authenticate against your LDAP directory, not a machine account or the domain. That can be the default DC Directory, or Netscape/Sun LDAP, or Active Directory (this is independent of the machine being joined to the domain or not).

the softkeys. You enable or disable them via TCL. Here is the long
answer. Be sure to read the whole thing or e...
