Calling Party Transformation on inbound SIP trunk

I have a SIP trunk. In the Inbound Calls -> Connected Party Settings section, I have a CSS selected. The "Use Device Pool Connected Party Transformation CSS" tick box is UNticked.

I have a Calling Party Transformation Pattern (44.XXXXXXXXXX) which does a discard PreDot and a Prefix Digit "0".

This pattern is in a partition that is in the above Connected Party Transformation CSS.

Yet, the calling party isn't being transformed from 44.XXXXXXXXXX to 0.XXXXXXXXXX

I've done a very similar thing for ISDN gateways, which seems to work fine.

What am I missing to get this to work ?

Wireshark is showing the DN as 44XXXXXXXXXX
