Hi,
Is it possible to set up an answering service on CM 4.1(3), that are menu based?
I.E Customer calls and get an answering machine that states: "Dial one for sales, Dial 2 for technical support.." etc
If not, what is needed to get this feature?

Most commonly this is done by simply using Unity, CUC or CUE
CUCM by itself cannot do anything of that, CUCM is a call agent, not an IVR
