MLA only applies to CallManager. You can enable MLA on Callmanager that connected with IPCC and IVR.

As I see MLA don't work with Dialed Number Analyzer feature for callmanager web page. It requests real admin password, not user's.

The DNA user accounts are the Publisher Windows accounts, not the MLA accounts which are used for the ccmadmin webpage.
Certain rights are needed on the publisher, and I find it works best to have the user accounts in the administrator group, if they want to use DNA.
