CallManager 4.2 - logging

Hi,

I have a Unified Call Manager 4.2 and a Jtapi user created to 'connect' CCM environment to a CallCenter software. I am heaving problems with some routing points. When I make a call to an RP it takes around 10 seconds for the RP to respond and some RP's don't even respond - they give busy signal. Everything worked fine last week and since the I didn't made any changes.

I wanted to know how to enable logging on CCM so when I will call a RP I will be able to see all the cti events and signaling that takes place?
