Callmanager 5.1.1.3000-5

I have a customer that has ordered 2 callmanager 5.1 factory installed servers. I am trying to set the first node up and I am having trouble doing this. During the install, its asking for a security password. I am trying to use 1780c425!m5b. After doing this it runs a security configuration and it fails. It states "Security configuration failed(1)". I have made sure password was not fat fingered. Is there something I'm missing? All I did was unbox the server and started configuring , but no luck. Has anybody had this issue before? Thanks Guys.
