CallManager 5.1 CallManager service

I have installed the callmanger 5.1; and installed the DLU as well but i cannot activate the callmanager service ...

DLUs are for phones. You need to install one node license per every node for CM service to be up and running. If you have a pub and sub, you need two node licenses.

Thanks for the reply... what is the procedure to buy node license ? It Does not come with the purchase of callmanager server ?

You need to get a node license according to the server you have. If you have a 7835, you ll need LIC-CM5.0-7835-H1= (for a HP server).
