Callmanager 5.1 Unity 4.2 Auto Auto Attendant with options step by step
My scenario is: Cisco Callmanager 5.1 clustered
Cisco Unity 4.2
I need to configure an auto attendand for all incoming calls in the company. I need to record a message anouncing different options for the different departments and, depending on the option number, send the call to one extension or other.
I'm using unity 4.2 for the suscribers but I don's know how to do this, I think using the Call Handlers?
