Callmanager 5 7985 Background Images

Can someone direct me to the docs for creating a custom background image for the 7985 in Callmanager 5... I've found the info for CM4, but no info for 5.

You would follow the same basic instructions. Make sure you are sending your image file to the tftp directory of Desktops/800x600x16.

You will also need to modify the List.xml file

1. Edit the List.xml file in Desktops/800x600x16 on the tftp server

file delete and file get are your friends in SSH.

2. the images have to be created at the proper resolution. (see doc)

3. and dropped in the path specified in step 1.

4. finally, from the phone Settings->user preferences->background images, the user

picks the images. (there may be a setting on CM that allows this)

3 notes: 1) careful reading the docs...they reference "320x212x12" when they should read

"800x600x16" 2)the doc says no preview is available for these phones and 3) the FW version of the phone has to be 4-1-1 or higher, latest is 4.1.4
