I wana hnow if there is any solution to be able to make search of the corporate directory by department, not only firstname , lastname & telephone number.

The Advanced User Search utility has a built-in Boolean logic to perform more complex searches. You can enter search criteria by using the following fields:

"First Name

"Last Name

"User ID

"Department

I'm taloking about accessing Coorporate Directory and making search from the IP Phone, not the Admin interface of the CCM.
