Question, how can I check on the callmanager how many licenses has this cluster and what is the license upgrade process?

CCM Admin > System > Licensing > License Unit Report
Upgrade process depends on what you're trying to do. If you're trying to upgrade versions and you have current support, you can order your available upgrades thru the Cisco Product Upgrade Tool (PUT). If you do not have current support OR you need to add additional licensing units (CUWL or DLU), you would want to work with your Cisco AM or Partner to purchase the applicable part numbers to fill your needs.

Thanks, where can I see how many licenses have and if there I am overuse the licenses?

I gave you that info in the previous post. Look above the paragraph about licensing. Login into CCM Admin and go from there.
