Upgrade process depends on what you're trying to do. If you're trying to upgrade versions and you have current support, you can order your available upgrades thru the Cisco Product Upgrade Tool (PUT). If you do not have current support OR you need to add additional licensing units (CUWL or DLU), you would want to work with your Cisco AM or Partner to purchase the applicable part numbers to fill your needs.
