CallManager 6.0 password prob

Hi all recently i have installed CallManager 6.0 but i faced a problem trying to log into the CCM Admin web page and i use the default username account:CCMAdministrator as upper case as lower case and the password the one i use to loggin to the CLI as an Administrator

So can anyone help to figure this thing out?

The CLI and the CCMadministrator are different. During install you specified (or someone did) the following;

OS Administrator

un: ???

pw: ???

CCMadministrator

un: ????

pw: ????

Typcially, these passwords are different. If you can log into the CLI, you can reset the ccmadministrator password. If you can not, you will need to use the Recovery disc to reset the CLI un/pw

hi thanks i resolved just using the following cmd:

utils reset_ui_administrator_account
