after an upgrade from ccm 4.1 to 6.1 i noticed that my conference resources were not registered here is the running configuration question do i need to upgrade the ios ?
also where can i find the link to configuring sccp the old way and the new way?

take out the version 4.0 from:
sccp ccm 10.10.11.65 identifier 2 version 4.0
sccp ccm 10.10.11.64 identifier 1 version 4.0
do a no sccp and then sccp

Can you check "show diag" to see how much DSP resources are actually installed there ?

what IOS are you running?, maybe it is old and you would indeed need an upgrade
at least most of the times i have tried that WA has worked just fine when taking the version
