Callmanager 7.15, cannot upload new license files

we have a IPT system (Callmanager ver 7.15), which has been running for 5 years. recently we failed to upload new device unit license files to the system.

on the "license, upload license file" page, we got below message:

"Cisco Unified Communications Manager service should be restarted after uploading software version license file.

Warning: Upload of license file for a feature removes the Demo licenses for that feature."

Anyone experience same problem?

appreciate your advice for the issue.

That is an expected message, how do you figure the license does not take?

Can you post the content of the license?
