I am trying to add ringtones for users to select.

In the directions I've found it says you need to edit the .xml file.

When I am in the OS serviceability window I don't see an option to download the already existing file to edit it.

How do I download this file so I can edit it?

From the server console:

admin: file get tftp Ringlist.xml

Follow the prompts and dump the .xml file to a SFTP server.
