CallManager and Audix voicemail issues

Greetings to all.

Currently my problem is this. 3 Locations, Location A is a CallManager 4.0, Location B is an Avaya G3si and Location C is another Avaya G3si with an Intuity Audix connected via CLAN integration. When a user at Location A calls someone at Location C and that person doesn't answer, from a 7940 phone, you hear two rings and no audix announcement or voicemail greeting, but if you wait the number of seconds the voicemail greeting is, you can leave a message and that person gets it. From a 7902 or 7912 that same call to the same person, you hear 3 rings and the announcements. Calls from the PSTN in are not affected.

Calls from Location C to Location A are fine, Calls everywhere else are fine. Only on 7940 and 7960 phones when calling from Location A to Location C is when this problem happens.

Calls pass through Location B to get to Location C. Also, this problem came about after moving from T1 to IP Trunk.

Any ideas or can anyone point me in the right direction?
