We have a new CEO at our facility. He used to have a Mitel 5340 IP Phone. Does anyone know if this phone can be used with Call Manager 4.1.3???
I'm hoping that using the SIP protocol I can make this phone work. Thanks in advance.

I doubt it, first of all Mitel is not approved phone set, but it does not mean it will not work. Check out this website for approved third party sip phones and list of features:

SIP stations are not supported in CM 4, you need CM 5+ for third party SIP stations.

Thank you for replying Chris. Do you know if CM5+ will support all of the features that the MITEL 5340 can possibly have. We have never used SIP before so this would be a big change for us.
